Within 45 days of paying for a full year subscription, if you are not satisfied with the service then you can email [email protected] to request a full refund. We ask that you send your request from the email address that is linked to your account. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used - we can't send a refund to a different destination, such as another card or bank account. Refunds to expired or cancelled cards are handled by your card issuer and, in most cases, credited to your replacement card. If no replacement exists, your card issuer would usually deliver the refund using an alternative method (for example, cheque or bank account deposit). Processing a refund related to this guarantee will terminate your premium subscription immediately.

Yes, you can cancel a 'Premium Monthly Subscription' or 'Premium Yearly Subscription' at any time which will disable auto-renewal of the subscription for any future period. For example, if you subscribe to the premium monthly subscription and cancel part way through any period then you won’t be charged at the beginning of the next period, and you can still use the remaining part of the month that you have already paid for. At the end of the period in which you have cancelled your subscription, your account permissions will return to those of a free account.

You will be charged on the same day that the subscription was created. For example, if you setup your subscription on the 2nd of the month then you will always be charged on the 2nd. If you setup your subscription on a month containing more than 28 days and the current month is shorter, then you will be charged on the last day of the month. For example, a subscription starting on January 31 will charge on February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year), then March 31, April 30, and so on.

Should your subscription expire then none of your data is lost or deleted. Although your account permissions will return to those of a free account. This means that you will only be able to use one meal plan unless you choose to subscribe to premium again, at which point all your plans will become available again.
